Site Supervisor - Luxury Homes / Australia

They pride themselves on their legendary customer service, so regardless as to whether the client is building a single storey home or a 3 storey home with undercroft, the client can be assured they'll only receive the best service. With this in mind, they're looking for a stand out Site Manager to join the team and manage a $6m portfolio of homes covering Central Perth & SOR.

In the role of Site Supervisor you will be working in a close knit team of 3 other supervisors, reporting to the Construction Manager with the the role encompassing all elements of building, from co-ordination of sub-contractors, call forwarding and job programming software and management of client relationships to ensuring the successful completion of projects with good office support and quality control processes in place. The Site Supervisor is also responsible for maintaining a high quality of work and keeping projects built within time frames and within budget.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 5-10 Years residential experience (essential)
• 2 storey home experience as a minimum 
• Trades base (ideal but not essential)
• Solid tenure with current or previous employers
• Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple sites 
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
