Responsibilities

• Design HVAC mechanical systems for commercial projects.
• Interpret designs, suggest improvements and ensure implementation aligns with original specifications.
• Utilise discipline-specific software to assist with the design, analysis and development.
• Perform and oversee the performance of calculations.
• Collaborate with clients in a professional manner to achieve project goals.
• Consistently monitor project progress, ensuring all timelines are met.

• 5+ years local experience as a Mechanical HVAC Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of ventilation and air conditioning systems with a successful track record of delivering detailed designs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experienced with CAMEL, Bluebeam & Microsoft Office.
• Experience with commercial projects.
• Strong communication skills.
