Site Manager / England

Seeking, on behalf of a Design & Technical Engineering House based in Teesside for a Site Manager. They are working with a global-scale biofuels company based on the Saltend Chemicals Site in Hull

Responsibilities:
- Directs activities of workers concerned with construction of buildings, pipelines, or other construction projects.
- Manages contracts, and provides on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects.
- Studies specifications to plan procedures for construction on basis of starting and completion times and staffing requirements for each phase of construction, based on knowledge of available tools and equipment and various building methods.
- Coordinates scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.
- Amasses members of organization (supervisory, clerical, engineering, and other workers) at start of project.
