What will you be doing?

You will be working as Document Controller together with other colleagues in the Rosebank Redeployment Knarr EPC project, your responsibility includes but not limited to the following:

Manage the receipt, distribution, and tracking of project documents using ProArc
Ensure documents are stored and organized correctly within the system
Follow document control procedures and guidelines
Collaborate with project teams to update and maintain accurate records
Assist in resolving document-related queries or issues

We think you should have some of the following:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience with oil and gas projects
Proficiency in using ProArc and document control processes
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Communication and teamwork skills
Software Skills: ProArc (Electronic Document Management System), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Fluent English, written and spoken

Working location: Fornebu, Oslo
Contract duration: November 2024 with option for extension
