Quality and Environment Manager, West Midlands / Eng;and

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive Quality Management System and other tools that use modern digital technologies to meet the company’s business needs, relevant quality and safety standards, and customer satisfaction
• Leading the quality assurance and control at business and project level, including ensuring key procedures are followed within the company
• Measuring performance and identifying any areas of weakness, and recommending and implementing improvements
• Defining quality standards and procedures in order to support construction delivery, taking into account health and safety requirements
• Providing practical Quality & Environmental QA support to the company’s regional offices and site activities
• Monitoring performance by collecting data and producing monthly KPI reports and presenting them at employee engagement meetings

REQUIREMENTS

• Internal Auditor and IEMA qualifications
• Significant experience of developing and implementing quality management systems
• Experience in the construction industry, ideally in civil engineering or infrastructure projects
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• UK based and able to travel frequently to regional offices and sites.
