Project Controls Manager - Airport Construction / Libya

A leading tier 1 international contractor has an urgent opening for a Project Controls Manager on the expansion of an international airport in Libya. The post has been designated for single status only and camp accommodation will be provided.

Education and Experience:

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or similar discipline.
• Over 15 - 20 years years intensive experience on large infrastructure projects,
• At least 5 years experience in project controls on large airport projects.
• Excellent communication and client facing skills.
• Familiar with modern construction codes for large international airports.
• Very commercial and contractually aware to ensure delivery of project in budget.
• Must be expert level on Primavera, MS Project and other project controls packages.
• Must have very high standards in Health, Safety and Quality.
