QC Mechanical Inspector (Static and Rotating Equipment) / Egypt

We're seeking a QC Mechanical (Static and Rotating Equipment) with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality control. In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with engineering designs, industry standards, and project specifications.

You'll be inspecting pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, piping systems, and other static equipment for quality, integrity, and safety. You'll also be inspecting pumps, compressors, turbines, and other rotating equipment for alignment, balance, lubrication, and functionality.

Your duties will also include reviewing equipment documentation, coordinating and overseeing NDT activities, monitoring welding activities, conducting material identification tests, and ensuring traceability of materials used in equipment fabrication and construction.

Additionally, you'll be responsible for implementing quality assurance measures to prevent defects, ensure product conformance, and maintain customer satisfaction. You'll be preparing detailed inspection reports, including findings, observations, recommendations, and corrective actions, and communicating findings to project management and stakeholders.

Experience Needed:

• 3-5 Years of Experience in similar role
• Previous Experience in EPCs is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• Egyptian Nationals Preferred.
