Commercial Manager
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 12-month rolling contract
Location: Newcastle, NE6
Hybrid working: Yes, 2-3 in office per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and maximize profitability.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and optimize financial outcomes.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and budget plans.
- Oversee the commercial performance of projects, including cost control, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial management in a technical industry
- Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
