Site Manager | Northern Suburbs | $30m Project / Australia

Our client a reputable Tier 3 Builder that are known for their quality rather than quantity have an immediate requirement for an experienced Site Manager to join their team and take the lead on a large scale project here in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne.

They are a company that do not promote externally to often purely because they don't need to, they have always had a focus on culture which is dynamic and to put it simply, is a great place to work.

Supported by your Construction Manager and Project Manager you will manage all aspects on site to ensure the successful delivery of your project on time and to a high quality.

The immediate project they require a Site Manager for is a $30m Build - 2 down 5 up, in the Northern Suburbs however they have a varied pipeline of larger builds & high end builds coming up in the next 18months

Duties in your role will include:

• Management of site staff
• Management of trades and subcontractors
• Management of OH&S
• Ensure quality of works
• Be the face of the company when dealing with clients and all stakeholders

• Proven experience in the role of Senior/Site Manager working on commercial projects with values from $10mil + within the Victoria’s construction market
• Delivered Apartment projects from Start to finish
• Strong management and coordination skills
• Solid work history – Minimum 5 years in the role of Site Manager
• Ability to work autonomously
