About the Role: Project Manager, Sustainable Infrastructure Finance: As a Project Manager specializing in Sustainable Finance, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission to foster sustainable and resilient infrastructure through innovative financial strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Sustainable Finance Director to develop and execute strategies aimed at driving investment into sustainable, resilient, and regenerative infrastructure worldwide.
• Provide expert support to project teams on sustainable infrastructure finance.
• Oversee projects within the realm of sustainable infrastructure finance.
• Formulate and implement sustainable finance strategies to enhance project performance while aligning with ESG objectives.
• Engage stakeholders, including partners, funders, and investors, to champion sustainable finance initiatives.
• Represent the organization at national and international events to promote our endeavors in sustainable infrastructure finance.

Professional Qualifications:

• Advanced university degree (minimum Bachelor's) in a relevant field such as engineering, business, finance, or sustainability.
• Proficiency in English (proficiency in German, French, or Spanish is advantageous).
• Experience and comprehension of infrastructure finance, including structuring or evaluating infrastructure investments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in infrastructure finance and sustainable, resilient, regenerative infrastructure.
• Familiarity with sustainability standards/labels is a plus.
• Knowledge of sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Commitment to sustainable finance principles and corporate social responsibility.

Salary Range: CHF 94,500-103,500/year (gross) for a full-time position, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
