Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for CygNet systems.
- 3 Years CygNet Experience required.
- CreateModify devices, points and facilities following standards AlarmsAlerts Attributes (facility and points) Templates
- Maintain HMI displays
- Troubleshoot and correct missing or incorrect data and facilities
- Assist with alarm assignments and notifications
- Communicate with field operations
- Maintain documentation pertaining to current and completed work
- Create and maintain CygNet reports using VBScripts andor CygNet Report Module
