Document Controller – Data Centre Developer – 12 Month Contract Role
This role represents a great opportunity for an experienced Document Controller to secure their next contract role. Our client is a well-established Data Centre Developer with projects across Europe. They have enjoyed continued growth for many years. As a result, this company has an urgent requirement for an experienced Document Controller to join their team on a contract basis for 12 months to assist on an upcoming Data Centre project in Paris.
Responsibilities:
• Organise, categorise, and control all site-related documents, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility.
• Managing the creation, review, and approval of commissioning and qualification documents, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Ensuring documents meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, industry standards and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Preparing and providing documentation for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance, and addressing audit findings.
• Facilitate effective communication regarding document-related processes and changes within the organization.
• Coordinate, attend and record with meeting of minutes all related meetings.
• Setup approval workflows as agreed with the project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the Project management team to track and update project plans as required.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a Document Controller in Commercial Construction, beneficial if you have worked on data centre projects.
• Bachelor of Construction or Engineering
• Proficient with ProjectWise and Aconex
• Ability to work autonomously without supervision
• Ability to develop working relationships with a myriad of multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
