•    Reviews and organizes incoming electronic and hard copy of all business and finance documents. Assigns document numbers if required. Prepares documents for filing and reproduction. Indexes documents and enters appropriate record identification data into a database making sure information is entered accurately and consistently to assure traceability. Transfers documents to their respective folders either electronic or paper.
•    Analyses documents to determine proper classification, creates new file folders on as needed basis, files correspondence, purchase orders, contracts and others. Responds to requests for documents from different sources. Resolves unique situations by searching databases, keeping abreast of current business activities and researching past practices. Monitors and updates index, keeping co-workers apprised of changes. Applies corporate-wide guidelines for records retention, retrieval and destruction of documents. Coordinates annual review of documents with expired retention date and organize committee meetings for the documents’ destruction. 
•    Also responsible for keeping control of the incoming and outgoing documents/boxes and works with Third party / Contractors re filing accordingly. Performs annual physical check on the storage conditions at external warehouse. Provides training on Retention Process to new filing officers in Kazakhstan and other employees who handle document in Kazakhstan and Russia. 
•    Responsible for administering Business Unit records retention procedure in accordance with Corporate processes and the RoK legislation requirements. Provides guidance and consultancy on Retention principles, procedures, and documentation.
•    Performs Smart Badge Agent duties on issuing T-Cards to the employees who forgot or lost their Smart Badges & T-Cards, to new employees and contractors.
•    Provides general support to Supply Chain Management team and performs ad-hoc requests / projects of the Supervisor
