A successful and well regarded Design & Construct fitout contractor, have partnered with Design & Build to source a Contracts administrator to join the team of 35, to manage a up to $10m worth of work annually across Perth and WA.
Established in 2005, they're renown for their client first approach and the amount of repeat clients they deliver work for, on a metro, regional and national basis. With a team of 35 employees, they have experienced steady growth and have moved to bigger premises for the next stage of their growth plan.
The Role:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

The Role:
- Office based, reporting to the Operations and Project Manager with regular project updates
- Managing all commercial and contractual aspects of projects
- Procore administration, including Document Control, RFIs, Submittals, and Transmittals
- Procore correspondence, Head and Subcontractor Correspondence
- Attend and administer Site and PCG Meetings
- Liaise and coordinate with Project Manager(s) and Site Manager(s)
- Preparation/ negotiation/ letting of subcontract packages, and procurement scheduling
- Managing Head and Subcontractor variations, and Contract notices
- Review, administer and assess subcontractor and Head contract progress claims and invoicing
- Project closing out, administering Deeds of Release and Final Accounts
- Collating and administering hand over documents, and Project Head contract close-out
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors
- Assisting the estimating team in preparing tenders,
- Ensuring all work is performed to the highest standard, and adheres to company policies and procedures and industry regulations
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 3+ Years CA experience
- Proven track record of working in the Commercial construction or Fitout industry
- Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple sites
- $110k - $150k + Super (DOE)
- Steady flow of secured work
