Program Director (Civil Engineering, Construction)- NEOM / Saudi Arabia

A leading Project Management Consultancy has an urgent requirement for a Program Director for a large Program of Works on the Giga NEOM project in Tabuk - Saudi Arabia

Education and Experience:

• Should have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
• At least 25 years' experience in in the construction sector with 10 to 15 years leading large multi-billion-dollar projects and programs of work.
• Ability to deliver programs on time and to budget.
• Good exposure to both building and infrastructure projects.
• Strong client facing skills with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to deal with contractors and be forceful when required.
• Strong ability to lead a team to ensure best value for the client.
