Senior Document Control Coordinator / Scotland

As a Senior Document Control Coordinator, you will be central to all the project’s information and documentation activities and support the management of documentation with key contractors and external parties. Occasional travel may be required.

  To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

• Administering project procedures
• Conducting thorough quality checks on Contractor documentation along with Master Document Register reviews
• Coordinating and using Viewpoint and Business Collaborator for creation and management of Document approval workflows
• Management of contractors and external parties within the EDMS
• Auditing and reviewing Project documentation to ensure compliance with project procedures

To apply for this Senior Document Control Coordinator role, you will need at least five years in a Document Control-based role. You will also require:

• Experience in Viewpoint and Business Collaborator EDMS
• A good understanding of Document Control principles and best practices
• Knowledge of Offshore Wind Farm construction (desirable)
